My review:(I received this book for free for a honest review) So this book is different from what I would normally review but I think change is good and I think this book can help people eat healthier.I have never heard of this author before or read any of his other works if he has any but I think that he was a genius because now in days people eat very unhealthy when out bodies are temples of God.I love how there are a lot of chapter explaining what diabetes is.This book is split into two parts the first I just explained to you and the second is how to defeat diabetes,I personally don't have diabetes but I know people who do so this book would be great for anyone whether they have diabetes or not.So this concludes my review go get a copy!
